Personal statement:

Wybo Dondorp (1957) is Associate Professor of Biomedical ethics at the department of Health, Ethics & Society of Maastricht University since 2008. From 1993-2008 he worked as an ethicist for the Health Council of the Netherlands (Gezondheidsraad).

Research: main fields of interests are ethics of assisted reproduction, ethics of human pluripotent stemcell and embryo research, ethics of population screening, ethics of genomics and genetic testing.

 

Teaching: mainly ‘health ethics and law’ in the medical curriculum.
